Payment Policy

This page explains common payment terms for ZGNJ Jeans wholesale denim inquiries and orders. Final terms are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice before payment.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Sample fees: PayPal using the sample payment button above.
• Bulk and custom order deposits and balances: bank wire transfer (T/T) to our company bank account, using the details on the confirmed proforma invoice.

Sample Orders

Sample orders are normally paid 100% before sample preparation or dispatch. Sample fees may be credited toward a later bulk order if this is stated on the quote or invoice.

Bulk Wholesale Orders

Bulk and custom production deposits (advance payments) and balances must be paid by bank wire transfer (T/T) to our company bank account. The standard schedule is 30% before production and 70% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in the confirmed proforma invoice. Production starts after the agreed advance payment is received; shipment follows receipt of the full balance.

Custom / Private Label Orders

Sample charges and production payments are listed separately on the confirmed invoice. PayPal is for sample fees only; all custom production deposits and balances are payable by T/T to our company bank account. Confirm specifications, payment stages and delivery terms in writing before work begins.

Currency And Invoice

Quotes may be shown in USD for buyer convenience. Factory cost may be calculated in CNY and converted at the confirmed invoice exchange rate. Buyers should review style, quantity, price, shipping term, and payment method before sending funds.

Payment Security

ZGNJ Jeans does not collect or store credit card numbers on this website. Do not send full credit card details by email, WhatsApp, or website forms. Use only the payment instructions shown on the confirmed proforma invoice.
